Rebecca Lewis is the co-CEO of Arisaig Partners. She joined Arisaig Partners in October 2010 to work on Asia strategy with a broader mandate to head up our ESG initiatives across the firm. She was based in Singapore from 2010 to 2018 before moving to the London office.

Prior to joining Arisaig, Lewis was an investment analyst at Responsible Research (an independent ESG research house, since acquired by Sustainalytics) and a teacher of mathematics.

Eleonore Dachicourt is responsible for leading the organisation’s growth in sustainable investment offering and drive client uptake of sustainable investments.

Prior to joining BNPP in 2022, Dachicourt was a managing director with Credit Suisse, where her last role was the head of sustainable client solutions, global wealth management, responsible for implementing the company’s sustainability investment strategy. In this role she advised clients on their sustainability journey and worked closely with the investment products and services teams towards a holistic sustainable investment offering spanning all asset classes and strategies, from ESG integration to impact investing. She was also responsible for successfully growing sales of sustainable & responsible investments across all market areas, globally.

Dachicourt has more than 20 years of asset and wealth management experience as a portfolio manager, investment specialist and fund raiser across Asia, Europe, the UK and the Middle East, including +10 years in Singapore.

Reporting to the international business of Federated Hermes’ CEO, Leon is responsible for developing and directing the responsibility integration program across the group. This includes ensuring that investment teams are aware of and integrate ESG performance in investment decisions and that engagement is effectively incorporated alongside investment activities.
In this role he also oversees and contributes to how the firm’s responsibility activities and performance are integrated into our client relationship management and reporting, the delivery of our corporate citizenship programme and the development of responsible structures and processes for the firm. He also leads a number of corporate and public policy engagements.
Previously, Leon was responsible for the development and delivery of EOS at Federated Hermes’ global corporate and public policy engagement programme from 2012-2016 and acted as its commercial director from 2009-2012. Prior to that, Leon worked within the Hermes UK Large Cap Focus Fund for seven years, where he was responsible for executing the fund’s engagement programmes. He also has 12 years of strategy consulting and operational industry experience.

Alexandra Tracy is president of Hoi Ping Ventures in Hong Kong, which she founded to provide research and consulting on green finance and sustainable investment in Asian emerging markets. She is currently private sector observer to the World Bank’s Climate Investment Funds, having for several years served as active private sector observer to the United Nations Green Climate Fund. She is also a director of RIMM Sustainability Pte in Singapore and of BlueOnion Group in Hong Kong, both in the ESG data space in the region.

Tracy is chair of the Financial Services Research Group, an independent thinktank in Hong Kong focusing on green finance and asset management. She sits on a number of advisory boards in Hong Kong, including Carbonless Asia, Friends of the Earth Hong Kong, the Asia Pacific Investors Cooperation and the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology’s Asian Family Business Research Centre. She is also a director of the Climate Markets & Investment Association in the UK.

From 2013 to 2019, Tracy was a member of the listing committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. She acted as chairman of the Association for Sustainable & Responsible Investment in Asia for six years, stepping down in 2015, and was instrumental in establishing the Asia Investor Group on Climate Change during this period.

Morningstar passive research, under Hortense, won the category of ‘Best thought leadership paper’ at the Investment Week Fund Services Awards 2015, ‘Best ETF research’ at the Investment Week Investment Research Awards 2017 and ‘Best ETF research provider’ at the ETF Express Awards 2017.

Seaton has passed the CFA Levels 1 and 2 exams, as well as the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.

Koh has more than 12 years’ experience in sustainable development from sustainable investing to corporate social responsibility and experimenting with building a social enterprise to support livelihoods in Cambodia. Prior to joining Standard Chartered, she worked in the COO team at Barclays.
