BMO Global Asset Management (BMO GAM) has marked 20 years of engagement with a report calling for more industry collaboration on sustainability issues, as well as outlining its engagement highlights over the two decades.

Here, editor of ESG Clarity Natalie Kenway speaks to Vicki Bakhshi, director in the responsible investment team, on the key engagement lessons learned over the 20 years, and the broader trends and changes seen.
