In this new video series, ESG Clarity speaks to FRC's Lindsey Stewart about the inherent practices reinforcing discrimination in the workplace

ESG Clarity has reinforced its relationship with the reboot. campaign and will be publishing regular video interviews carried out by the editorial team.

In the first of this new series, ESG Clarity’s global head of ESG insight Natalie Kenway speaks to Lindsey Stewart, head of stakeholder engagement at the Financial Reporting Council.

The pair reflect on Stewart’s career achievements in the financial services industry after starting his career in a fast food chain straight from school.

He shares his views on the lack of opportunities within society and that many hiring organisations are still highly specific on a potential employee’s background, when they do not indicate how that individual can perform. He also details the action steps financial services can take to improve ethnic diversity and build inclusive cultures.
