Axa Investment Managers has upped the climate expertise of its global credit team with two hires.

Portfolio manager Charles Fianko joins from Lloyds where he was a member of the climate change investment committee. Solutions strategist Monique Carter joins from Insight Investment and will be responsible for designing sustainable and cashflow-driven investments.
