Amundi has hired three individuals to its responsible development team.

Alice Sireyjol has joined as deputy head of ESG development after leaving her post as a senior manager and sustainability specialist at the consulting firm EY in Paris. Her role there was to advise companies from various sectors to decrease their environmental impact, rethink their supply chain and transform their business model to drive superior resilience and innovation.

Meanwhile, Hélène Champollion-Morel has been hired by Amundi as head of advocacy. She joins from Mirova, the affiliate of Natixis Group dedicated to sustainable investing, which she joined in 2015.

Finally, Amundi has filled the role of head of proxy voting within the ESG research, engagement and voting team with Edouard Dubois.

Prior to joining Amundi, he had been advising issuers and investors on their engagement practices since 2019, first as a partner in the consulting firm SquareWell Partners, and then as head of stewardship and engagement at ISS ESG.

Dubois also worked at BlackRock first in San Francisco in 2013, and London in 2014 where he was in charge of voting and engagement for various European markets.
